The Master bedroom has a queen bed, with a large dresser and storage drawers under the bed. The Second bedroom has 2 beds. The first bed is a full bed that sleeps 2, the top bed sleeps 1, and the other is a full bed. We also have the most comfortable sofa with chaise lounge in the living area.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and harbor were amazing. The house had everything we needed and communicating with the host was quick and easy!

Summary: Spent Memorial Day weekend there, and despite the weather, we had a wonderful time. The cottage is just the right size. Great open concept with masterful kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with cozy gas fireplace. We would have loved to have spent more time on the patio, but rain and cool weather made that difficult. The cottage is convenient to everything in Hyannis, but is a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, yet less than 200 yards to a neighborhood beach.

Summary: This cottage was perfect for our needs! Great location, host provided a thorough list of activities and eateries, and communication with the host was top notch. Even the Nor’Easter couldn’t make us feel sad since we had such lovely accommodations to hunker down in. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: We had a great time at this beautiful house. We were two couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries. The house was extremely clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and more. It is in a perfect location which made it easy to travel to other towns. We especially loved the welcome letter and owner recommendations with every detail that you needed to know.Linda is an outstanding host and very quick to respond to your questions or concerns. Great place and very comfortable. The weather wasn’t the greatest, but didn’t stop us from having a great time. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return at a future date. Highly recommend.

Summary: The stay was amazing. The house was perfect. We had a friend with us who is disabled and the whole place worked well for him. Such a quiet charming place. We had amazing weather, and the outside patio was a perfect place to sit and relax. The location was wonderful and easy access to wherever we wanted to do.
