A few kilometers from Saint-Emilion, we welcome you in an old farmhouse spacious and comfortable for 8-9 persons (170 m2). Enjoy breathtaking views of the Dordogne Valley and a park maintained 5000 m2. The house has four rooms (160, 3 * 140) and a small bedroom (1 * 90), a large living / dining room of 40 m2, an equipped kitchen (oven and microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and small appliances) independent, two bathrooms, one with bath, separate WC, outside a sheltered terrace with table and garden furniture, plancha gas.
In winter, guests enjoy all the comfort with a central heating and a wood insert in the living room.
TV, internet, DVD, baby equipment on request, pets not allowed, private parking.

Summary: The house is on two floors with 5 double bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and lovely rear terrace overlooking the vinyard. Dominique and her husband were wonderful, attentive hosts as was their daughter who greeted us on time and showed us around the property. A lovely setting convenient for local chateaux and St Emillion vinyards. We all enjoyed our stay thoroughly .

Summary: This was an outstanding house in a very quiet location with great views to wake up to in the morning. Everything about our stay at the house was perfect. It was impeccably clean and the rooms were beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The rooms and areas were very spacious (much more so than the photos on the website show). The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need. There was a lovely outdoor area for al fresco eating, sitting and playing table tennis! We were attending our son's wedding at the nearby Chateau Rigaud. The house was ideally placed for wedding guests. The owners were extremely helpful with our arrangements as we had family arriving at the house on different days. Extra bed linen and towels were left for them which was great. The owners were very friendly (there to meet us on arrival) and spoke very good English. I would highly recommend this beautiful house.

Summary: I stayed at this property for the week of my Wedding with family and friends. The property exceeded expectations and the online photos do not do it justice. It is an deal space, with lovely sized rooms, the garden and views topped our stay. The owners Eric and Dominique could not have been more accommodating and were very helpful and friendly. We all really had the best time staying here, and you and your property made a special occasion even more memorable.
