This 1100 sq foot home has a separate laundry area plus outdoor living. Carpet adds comfort in the bedrooms, and the recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms add a modern feel. Summary: We visit my mother often in Sun City and have stayed in a variety of vacation rentals. This is by far the best we have experienced. Beautifully remodeled, very well appointed with everything you might need. Great location. We hope we are able to stay here in the future

Summary: This was a great stay. A well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen made eating in so easy. The house is updated and very comfortable. Easy access to Westgate and State Farm Stadium. Great communication with the hosts.

Summary: Property was clean and cozy. We stayed 3 weeks and prepared Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoyed grilling outside and sitting around fire pit. Internet worked well for working remote. Master bathroom was beautiful.

Summary: We spent a month in this cozy, comfortable home. The home was nicely updated, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were very generous with everything, which made for a wonderful visit. The outdoor space had wonderful seating, a sink and grill.
