Enjoy your stay in this recently renovated and beautifully furnished 3rd-floor 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo conveniently located 3.5 miles from downtown Rehoboth Beach and 4.5 miles from Lewes . The proximity to the beaches, stores, outlets, and restaurants makes this condo a great spot for families, couples, and groups of friends.
Our condo amenities include community pool*, free parking and WiFi, washer, and dryer.
We supply all the sheets and towels for your stay.
The Space:
The condo is a top-floor unit(3rd floor)**with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a platform queen-sized bed, USB charger port lamps, a full-size mirror, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The guest room has a metal bunk bed, twin over queen, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with an oven, a four-burner electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, colander, cutting boards, set of sharp knives, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, fully stocked spice shelf, coffee, and tea are available for your use.
The living/dining area has a six-top dining table and chairs, a sofa, and a smart TV with cable.
Laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board stocked with liquid detergent, and dryer sheets.
The condo is NOT fragrance-free, we use scented cleaning products and detergents.
Given that it's a top-floor unit, during the high-humidity months, the lowest available AC setting is 70 degrees.
*The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day.

Summary: The rental property was well-situated right off of Highway 1 for easy access to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. I found it to be cozy, quiet and clean and the hosts were wonderful and very communicative. I hope to return again soon and would highly recommend.

Summary: Booking process was smooth check in was straight forward. Unit was clean (1 of the cleanest) I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was well stocked & interior design was spot on with listing pics. Overall 1 of the best host on this platform. Had a wonderful time will book again!!!

Summary: I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Our hosts were so communicative about everything before arriving and when we got there - wow! A lovely and clean condo that was perfect for our family (my husband and me, and a 10, 7 and 4 year old). Very convenient location (we prefer Lewes Beach), thoughtful details throughout the apartment. The kids were even raving about their stay! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

Summary: Perfect condo for two adults and three young kids for three nights. We went midweek, parked each day at Henlopen ($10) and enjoyed uncrowded beach mornings there, then lunch and the apt. complex pool and other activities in the afternoon. Really appreciated the thoughtful host amenities--Coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, crayons, etc..
