The apartments are built on a private hill a few meters outside the village Mirthios. A small paradise, surrounded by a 200 sqm garden, and away from everything busy that guarantees moments of relaxation and tranquility!
The apartment is light and airy. Finest place and elaborate with comfortable bedroom and a living room with sofa and satellite TV. Fully equipped kitchen that meets the needs to prepare each meal.
On the spacious terrace (12 sq.m) the visitor will experience absolute tranquility either by sitting in comfortable chairs or by sunbathing on loungers! You will enjoy the sun, deep blue and colorful flowers, surrounding the terraces!
Bright colours and a decorated floridity: Beside the well furnished apartments the outside facilities - well shaped by the owners Stella and Michalis Velonakis - are a feast for the eyes. Nearly like a blister the houses are placed on the slope above Mirthios. But it's no problem to reach them - afoot as well as by car. A short walk of approximately three minutes leads you down into the pictorial mountain village underneath the impressing Kotsifou ravine. Beside some recommendable taverns with their panorama terraces there are also two Mini markets with a small offer of food and beverages as well as souvenir shops with Cretan arts & crafts. Summary: Lovely situated in a hill near of Plakias(around 5 km distance) you have a fantastic view to the sea. And you will find absolute silence and rest here. The kitchen is complete equipped for self-catering. You can prepare you breakfast / lunch/ dinner enjoying the stunning sea view... Service is very heartily and hospitality is really coming from heart as it is usual in Greece! You can ask everything Stella and she can help you! We have been there in good hands and did feel safe and at home!

Summary: It was our first time at Crete and we were very pleased we chosen Villa Stella. Central location next to beaches, restaurants, shops. Stunning open sea views from every spot of the apartment !! Everything is spotlessly clean, towels changed every day, beds comfortable and huge! This place is really lovely and well worth a visit. Stella and her family couldn't be more helpful and friendly! Thank you , Stella!

Summary: my family this year chose south Crete and we were glad that we stayed to Villa Stella! Apartments are perfect decorated - very nice colors to furniture, to walls, to everything! It was really different experience for us! Kids loved the garden with some really uncommon flowers! Stella and family seems that are doing everything for their guests and they achieved our expectations!! We have already booked for next year!

Summary: We were received with sympathy and warmth and we knew at once that we would spend there relaxing and most enjoyable holidays!! The room service is excellent and everything is kept spotless. Apartment had new anatomic beds, kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for breakfast or dinner! Also 4 very good tavernas are located very near to the village. Five minutes on foot and you are there! Although Villa is near to everything , is also isolated and provides quietness and relaxation away from noisy places! We stayed for only 7 nights but will return for a longer stay next time!!
