It has a new modern kitchen with home from home kitchen facilities/utensils including cooker, microwave etc.
Modern bathroom with a shower.
There is a heat pump, log burner and extra heaters are available.
There is a dvd player, wifi and washing machine
There is a deck to the rear of the property with partial views of the lake. Large garden for the children to play in.
The front garden has a fantastic view of Mount Tauhara.
Its an all year round house. Great for summer holidays or those who want to go skiing in the winter. Ski field is approx one hour away.
