Summary: The A/C didn’t work great at all. The room was nothing like the pic. I had a balcony room and the balcony had no chairs, I looked around and they all had chairs. Needs a microwave in the rooms but the guy at the desk at 4:00 am was so great.

Summary: The hotel was probably extremely nice several years ago; however, it is in dire need of some updating. The air ducts in the room were extremely dirty. There was paint chipping all over the trim of the hotel itself and within the room. The internet service in the hotel is terrible and the lamp plugs in my room did not work at all. To top this all off, it was over 100 degrees in OKC this week and the hotel A/C was out the first night and did not function at full force for the balance of my stay.

Summary: While our linens were clean and comfortable. The property has obviously seen better days. The carpet was worn, the walls were dingy. The lighting was minimal making the room very dark and hard to work in.

Summary: It was great! The hotel was beautiful, the service was wonderful, and we will definitely stay there again if we’re in town again. The bed was comfortable, the view of downtown was great, and the location was really easy to find. There is an onsite bar that looked nice. And the lobby has free infused water available for guests.
