Summary: We needed a large home to accommodate 13-15 of us during the OK State Basketball tournament. The Comfy Colonial was a perfect fit with 4 bathrooms! (Before this weekend, we’ve not found a rental for all of us that had enough bathroom space, so 4 bathrooms meant no one had to wait.) We loved this fun space, and we had plenty of room to enjoy our time together. The host was responsive and the house was clean. The location made access to the Plaza District and the fairgrounds simple and fast. We definitely recommend this property to any large group.

Summary: Overall this house was spacious, clean, unique and met all our needs. It had great areas for game nights, dining, food prep and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all accommodating for us. We didn't find ourselves needing much, maybe some extra forks and a cookie sheet, but overall we were very happy with the space and I already had my friends saying they would be renting it themselves in the future! The management was responsive and helpful.

Summary: The house was very spacious and accommodating. All the beds were memory foam. Living area had plenty of sitting space! Only suggestion would be bring some extra coffee if your a big coffee drinker and maybe a throw blanket if you get cold easily.

Summary: This older home is very eclectic in design, colorful and fun. Each room has multiple beds - rooms are spacious. The basement has no t-stat and relies on the upstairs heating to funnel down through an open vent, and also has no closet so be aware of that. But plenty of beds and bathrooms for a group, and we were happy to have so much space. Extra blankets would have been nice though. In the kitchen, glassware is minimal, cookware is there but not much in the way of kitchen tools for cooking. No cookie sheet, for instance, but we managed. There is coffee which is nice but bring your own sugar. Some of the coffee cups in the cabinet were dirty but there were plenty of those so we just added them to the dishwasher. It's just a couple of miles to the Plaza District where we were spending our time for the weekend we were there. Neighborhood is so-so, but it's on a busy street so we didn't feel unsafe. I would say overall the place is kind of charming.

Summary: The house was as pictured. There was ample room for our group of 14. We enjoyed the park behind the property and felt save for the kids to be playing outside during daylight hours. The property was surface clean but could use a deep cleaning. Dennis was easy to work with and we were easy in and easy out.
