Positive: Location was good, far from fishing piers but otherwise good

Negative: Room looked clean on arrival but upon further inspection revealed a dirty location. Shower in guest bathroom was broken our whole stay. Toilet was not working but I fixed it myself.

Positive: The resort is great, the lazy river, pools, hot tub and beach with easy access.

Negative: We did not have enough pillows, not enough blankets, we only had two forks!!! We did not have enough cups to drink from, a lot of the dishes seemed to be missing. The dishes in the cupboard had coffee on the cups, and a lot of the dishes had food stuck on them ...did not even look like they got washed properly. The floors were very dirty... look like they had never been mopped.... The couch was dirty and the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable!! Not to mention one of the beds in the kids room was broken and the mattress was smashed and slanted. Lamp in the master bedroom did not work, a lot of the plug outlets did not work...Overall it was not a comfortable stay, but we made the best of it. We woke up on Monday morning to a jackhammer and we did not get sleep well.

Summary: I liked the resort but I doubt I will stay at the Renaissance again.

Positive: We liked the location and the set up of the vacation home

Negative: The beds were not the best and we didn’t like that the pool area was closed due to renovations which we did not find out about until after it was booked and paid for. Also not enough towels or trash bags provided since room service is not offered
