Summary: While the building was older as are most of the buildings in Daytona the room was very clean and updated. We had plenty of room. The view was very pretty off the balcony. We were over all very pleased with our stay.

Summary: My son and I stayed for the Rockville music festival. Although the building was a bit older, the unit was nicely updated and everything worked perfectly. Small but full kitchen was handy with a few dishes and silverware to get us through. Dual coffee maker gives you option if brew or k-cup. Had a nice side view which allowed us to see the beach without being scorched by the morning sun. Owner was very responsive to messages. Just remember to ALWAYS put the parking pass in the window. I forgot one night and security slapped a parking violation on my windshield. Although I’m grateful they did tow my rental, they did STICK the darn thing on the windshield (even though I parked in the sheltered garage). The glue would not come off and I had to find a hardware store to get Goo Gone to get it off the windshield. That was annoying considering we had already been there 4 days. I would still rent this unit again.

Summary: Property manager Pauline happily answered my many questions and the place was exactly as advertised and had everything that I told her we needed. Loved the fact we could watch the ocean waves and the sunrises from our balcony, overlook a green space instead of directly at a high rise, and see what was happening on Atlantic Avenue too! Secure parking for our bike was perfect, and the most comfortable bed I’ve had for any vacation rental! Not a thing negative to say about it!
