Summary: We had a wonderful stay! Richard is a spectacular host which helped the back to school move-in stress free and smooth. His home is very clean, well kept and well stocked with all the necessities. Beds were super comfortable as well as the furnishings. Questions were answered promptly and recommendations for shops and dining were spot on. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Richard!

Summary: This residence was perfect! It had everything we needed, including an amazing renovated shower with the best shower pressure I have ever had. There was plenty of space to entertain and it was within walking distance of a cute downtown with a ton of food and local shopping. We greatly appreciated all of the suggestions from Richard during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was immaculate, roomy, decorated nicely, and in a great area. The house was close to everything... Narragansett, Newport, Providence, as well as Plymouth MA. The house made our vacation!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Richard’s home in Warwick. This was easily the cleanest rental home I have ever experienced. The house retains its vintage charm while providing updated amenities. The host was friendly and attentive. We found the location of the home ideal for our needs to be close to Providence without having the feel of being in a city. We hope to stay at this home again on a future visit.
