Summary: This was our second time staying. We enjoyed a beautiful weekend. The weather was wonderful and the water was warm. We grilled meals both evenings on the deck and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. Having access to two fridges has been beneficial for our large group so we aren’t always running for ice for the coolers. Having a boat slip made for easy river access each day. We are already booked for our next stay in Summer 2025!

Summary: This was the perfect fit for my husband and I and our grown children and their significant others. We had plenty of space to meet all of our needs, including an outdoor area for playing yard games and siting around the fire. This was especially important for us because the river was too high for boating so we spent most of our time on the deck and in the yard. We loved the view and being right on the water. Had we been able to boat we would have taken advantage of the dock as well. And, it was only a short walk into town along the tracks. We are already booked to return!

Summary: The house did not disappoint. Everything was clean and working properly. The upper deck has some outstanding views of the Mississippi and AWESOME sunrise!! The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. Very private but 2 miles from town!! Would stay again and recommend to anyone!!!
