4 Bedroom Apartment in Garrison

Experience an east coast flavor up north in the Cove on Mille Lacs Lake. This newly remodeled lake home is above average in its quality and furnishings! The home sits on one of the best swimming and fishing bays on the west side of the lake and features a downstairs family room, fish cleaning station, and a private dock!
The owners have a ton of amenities including an Aqua Cycle Two Paddle Boat - which is a 4 person paddle boat for fishing and exploring in the bay!
Enjoy the water in one of the two kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, or giant Aqua Lily Pad. There are plenty of board games, a ping pong table, and dart board for indoor entertainment. Little ones can take a dip in the kiddie pool, play with the water table, or run through the inflatable splash pads. Fire up the grill and enjoy dining on the lakeside deck. Gather around the fire pit and watch the sunset as your group makes memories and explores the amazing area.
The home has three bedrooms and a common space that accommodates two twin beds. Bedroom one has a king bed and a twin trundle bed with two twin spots. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom three has two twin beds. The lower space has a twin trundle with two beds. The owners have installed an egress window on the lower level and we will update pics asap.
Guests will have access to the whole property.

They have little control or heads up on when that is done due to the weather and nature of the lake it usually out by mid-May and brought in by mid Oct, but they cannot guarantee those dates.

Summary: Place looked like photos and kids enjoyed the games as well as the lake. During our stay, there was a little septic issue but Mike was very communicative and took care of the issue. We all enjoyed out stay. Looking forward to come back.

Summary: Everything was just as described. And more than enough to keep you entertained, games, ping pong, darts. Kitchen was amazing and well equipped, (so much so we came home an ordered the same toaster, so cool). Beds were very comfortable. It was very relaxing just enjoying the lake and wildlife from the deck. Mike was very responsive for our inquiries. Lake toys were used by everyone in the family. Nice restaurant and grocery store in the town of Garrison also.

Summary: This property was perfect! The house was beautiful and completely allergy friendly which I appreciate! The dock was great for our boat. The kitchen was stocked. The gameroom was amazing. The outdoor space was perfect with a large deck, nice lawn, and firepits.The kayaks, paddleboard, and paddleboat were so much fun. The Wigwam bay was peaceful as was the neighborhood. The layout of the house was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also the property management was prompt in all communication making it a wonderful experience!

Summary: The photos are accurate! Beautiful newly remodeled home with anything and everything you could possibly need. We all enjoyed the lake activities and always had something to do. Found the evenings relaxing and making S’mores over the firepits. This home is absolutely beautiful and very tastefully decorated and stocked. I felt so much at home in this very well kept and amazingly CLEAN home! We had such a great week making life long memories for our family. Thank you!
