Summary: This was our first family vacation. Our adult daughters met us there, and we came in with our grandchildren, ages 10 and 4. The townhouse was listed at accommodating up to 15, but at just the 7 of us,( their spouse’s couldn’t make the trip), it was just right, I can’t imagine 15 people being in the house. The communication between the host and myself, was on a timely manner. The cleanliness, I had to rate it at a 3, although it wasn’t filthy, it could have been better. Under the king bed, was old hair ties, cup lids, lint. And the 2 full beds( in the kids room), the mattress needs to be replaced. My oldest daughter, who is career military, wanted to sleep with the kids, cause she hardly sees them, when we pulled the bedspread off to make the bed, I was sickened by the amount of urine stains and it did not have a mattress protector on it. She was a good sport and said she wouldn’t think about it. The other full bed wasn’t stained like that, but did not have a mattress protector on it. The 4 year old had that bed. The 10 year old slept on the top bunk, because of my age and mobility, I could not see the condition of that mattress. As far as I could tell, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to cook. We did not cook or use anything that was supplied with the house. We ate out every day. We brought snacks to settle the kids down for bed. Everyone loved swimming in the pool! That was a blessing.

Summary: We celebrated the 80th birthday of the matriarch of the family and Father’s Day for him and the children who are now fathers. The house is very nice and very well kept. Very lovely weekend!

Summary: Had a great stay, here. House was as advertised. Host was very easy to communicate with, and was quick to get back to us when we had questions. Proximity to beach was fantastic. No major concerns. would consider staying again.

Summary: Everything about our experience at this rental was great! The house itself is updated and plenty of space for our whole family. I especially loved the rooftop deck! As far as communication with the property owners I can say they were the most accommodating, friendly and responsive people we’ve ever rented from. I can’t wait to go back :)

Summary: The house was very clean upon arrival. Everything has been beautifully updated. The house was well-equipped for a group stay! We had everything we needed to make dinners, and we were in close proximity to bars or restaurants that were either a quick walk or uber away. Overall we had a great stay!

Summary: We had a great time here for our golf trip this year. The house is nicely updated throughout. The roof deck was an especially fun place to hang out. Walkable to Fager’s Island, Macky’s, and Seacrets. Very close to the beach as well. Definitely recommend for a big group.

Summary: We travel to OC/Bethany almost every year from Colorado. We had a house full of family, 7 people (adult children). The house had plenty of room with all the conveniences needed to cook at home. There were beach chairs, beach cart and beach toys if needed. Loved how close we were to the beach!! We walked to shopping/restaurants. Lindsay was professional/helpful with all our needs. This was a great property!!

Summary: Prior to arriving, the owner of the property and I were in contact. She was most helpful, friendly and extremely personable. I would definitely stay at this townhomes again. The photos do not do it justice. It's super close to the beach and right next to the community's pool. It's located by some awesome restaurants, and close to some grocery stores.

Summary: Top Notch from the finishes in the property, to the availability of chairs, toys, etc. Wish the view of the ocean was a little better from all of the balconies, but a very minor and insignificant blip. Communication to and from the owner was the best i've ever experienced as well. You won't be sorry renting this property, it'll meet and/or exceed your expectations!
