Summary: Our stay was amazing. We booked our stay here as a place to get away and spend time with the family. I always pack all essentials when traveling.... only to find that I did not need to pack ANYTHING but my PJs. There was not a need for anything... just come as you are. The place was extremely clean and if you wanted to clean for yourself... there was plenty of disinfectant and cleaning supplies for you to use. Owner communicates very well. I will definitely be spending more family time here. Thank you

Summary: We were in town for a funeral and needed a place with 3 bedrooms. This worked out very well for us. Fallon provides nice touches like extra toiletries that I didn't expect at a VRBO. No issues with check in/check out. Nice location for us, away from hustle and bustle of the mall area, but located near shopping and amenities.

Summary: Owner was good about communication but not on follow through. This is indeed a very clean property but also very stark. There is minimal furniture - i.e. couch but no coffee table, side table, lamps in family room. Some rooms had no light or one small lamp. Five light chandelier over dining room table only had 2 bulbs. Even though we said there would be 5 people we had only 2 bath towels. There was 1 filthy coffee cup in the cupboard (the only one) and I tried to clean it but the sponge was nasty and without a scrubby so I could not clean it. Considering covid and just sanitation in general there should have been a clean sponge for each renter. This one was so bad it made my hands smell and then I couldn't immediately wash the smell away - yuk. There was only 1 dish towel that I could find. Due to lack of coffee cups we had to skip morning coffee. Not good. There were no amenities to speak of. We told them (in advance) we would use the blow up bed because they call it a 3 bedroom but only two rooms are set up as bedrooms. We had to blow up the air bed then had to go through the house looking for sheets which we finally found in a small chest in the laundry room. Kitchen was ok but not really well equipped. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking you might find supplies lacking. They call this a "luxury" condo, but it is not and attention to detail is definitely lacking. Improvement needed but good potential.

Summary: Fallon is an excellent host! They were notified that the dishwasher was broken and maintenance had it fixed by the time we returned for the night. I absolutely would book here again.
