Positive: Excellent staff, specially the lebanese guy (forgot his name), but very friendly and hellpful

Negative: the windows could open just a little bit, like other hotels, so that we could let some fresh air into the room gym could be a little better too, with some more equipments

Positive: breakfast was great..we had a very short stay, but the staff was very accomadating after a 4 hour flight delay and late arrival.

Positive: Room was large, well-arranged and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent for what and where it was.

Negative: I stayed three nights and never saw any evidence of a housekeeper. Bed remained unmade and towels not replaced throughout my stay.

Summary: Very good with room for improvement.
