Summary: Overall, a nice property. Rooms could use a renovation but not necessary. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay there again and would recommend to friends and family. Staff and employees are friendly and helpful

Summary: Very stylish and roomy hotel, situated very handy for the Roppongi rail and subway station. Excellent service and friendly staff. Note that you might want to set the AC a few degrees higher than usual in your room (it needs to be started manually each time you enter). I got a wicked cold from leaving it on my normal 22 degrees before realizing :)

Summary: Nice hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. Nice lobby. Was changing hotels but coming back in 4 days - they allowed us to leave our very large check-in bags to pick up when we returned, so that we only had to bring our carry-on with us, that was super convenient. Also after checking out, we could lock up our luggage in the lobby and still explore the area until we had to leave for the airport. Nice and modern hotel too.

Summary: Surprised how dirty and dusty the carpet was as i entered the room. Coffee stains still remained near the trash can too. I wiped it myself but still wasnt able to sleep thinking how dirty the room was so went to the lobby at night abd asked if they could at least vacuum the room again. They switched my room, but the new room wasn't any better. Been to tokyo & Japan over 50 times and it was my first issue with cleaness. I'm pretty easy going but this carpet condition, let alone the molds in the shower room, was not acceptable. However the front desk staffs were quite friendly and helpful.

Summary: Well located in Roppongi, close to restaurants and subway. Room extremely small. Concierge refused to help me with a restaurant reservation. Good for overnight but not for long stays (I stayed for a week)

Summary: Location is good. A very pleasant experience. The great variety of tea bags offered is impressive. Check in and check out is efficient. However, some staff cannot understand English.

Summary: Breakfast was excellent! Room was good but bathroom had a weird odor maybe from drain. Just kept ac on and bathroom door closed. It was okay since it was a one night stay.
