Positive: Loved the location and layout of the apartment; spacious and comfortable with all the facilities needed (a/c, microwave, tv, wash machine, separate wash area from toilet room…), and a balcony where we had morning coffee and evening sake to birdsong. Lots of take/out places nearby and the Roppongi subway stop 4 minutes walk! Heaven….

Negative: The appliance instructions were not for the actual appliances so we had to use Google Translate for the a/c controls, washer instructions, etc. but the most surprising was the kitchen dish shortage when the apartment was for 6 people. There were only 3 cups, 4 glasses, 1 table knife! And one of the kitchen cabinet doors is broken so it didn’t open properly so you had to squeeze plates through one at a time. Good thing we are adept at chopsticks but the glass and cup shortage meant constant washing. Small snags in an otherwise great venue and we will definitely return.

Summary: Wonderful discovery and it will be our home whenever in Tokyo.

Positive: Roppongi Place is in a fantastic location. After a long day of sightseeing, it's only a three-minute walk from the subway station. It's so comfortable and clean, and I love the interior design. Although this apartment is located in the bustling and lively Roppongi , it's tucked away in a quiet alley, it's very peaceful and bright.

Positive: The property is in central area in Roppongi, but very quiet and tranquil. Very close to Roppongi & Nogizaka MRT. These 2 stations can practically bring you anywhere. Room was sparkly clean. Amenities was pretty complete. Mini kitchen was very functional. My room has dining and sitting area as well. WiFi worked greatly.

Negative: The downside of my room was, while they have a washing machine inside the room, they have no dryer. There was no clothes line/rack to hang your damp laundry. They have no dryer function as well in the bathroom. You have to walk a bit to use coin laundry machine near the apt.

Summary: Strategic location, sparkly clean room.
