Positive: So easy and only 20 min from Rutland point which was hosting a half iron man. Once we had settled in property we could get food and supplies easily and quickly Room was clean and quiet area.

Negative: As I was travelling with a friend I would have liked the option of 2 single beds.

Summary: Easy to access, bonus that there was a restaurant right next door as well as a Londis

Positive: The room itself was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated. I lked that there was a fridge and microwave. The shower was good. We liked the rural setting.

Negative: The outside surroundings were in need of a bit of attention..there was a water leak from the upstairs landing although it wasn't near our studio.

Positive: Easy to find. I liked the Hub where we could eat and drink.

Negative: Walls a little thin. Could hear next door’s tv. Could have done with a couple more sachets of coffee as only had one each for first morning and nothing for second morning.
