Positive: Lovely comfy apartment. Underfloor heating makes it warm and cosy and the bed is really comfortable. Great power shower and nice bathroom. Kate was very nice and friendly and approachable if you need anything.

Positive: We had a lovely long weekend here. Accommodation was situated in a lovely village, good location for exploring the Rutland & Grantham areas. Accommodation was excellent, lovely furnishings, very comfortable and with all facilities you would need. Spotlessly clean. Garden was very dog friendly and secure. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Negative: For a longer stay I would want some kind of freezer to use.
