Built in the 70's, this spacious farmhouse will sure to bring you joy and relaxation. House sits on 12 acres with 7 acre lake for guests to enjoy. Guest are welcome to fish (catch and release please) and have full walking access around the entire lake. Relax on the back-covered patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Please note that this property is close to the interstate thus resulting in traffic noise. Also, No cable TV in the home. Smart TVs are located in the living room and game room.
The living area consist of a couch and loveseat and a recliner. The living room has 2 glass sliding doors that overlook the patio and lake. 3 bedrooms/2 bath. Kitchen with dining area, laundry room and game room with pool table and pub table with 4 chairs. Pac n play that also converts to bassinet located in master closet for guest use.
Guests will have access to all 12 acres and 7 acre lake-at their own risk, homeowner is not liable for any incidents/accidents/injuries.
No cable TV. Smart TVs are located in the living and game room. Wifi is available

Summary: overall great property! It is VERY close to the interstate but the noise did not bother us. The home was clean, well equipped, the property was beautiful. We had no luck fishing, but enjoyed relaxing by the water. It is pretty isolated, so be sure you pack all your needs. Communication with the host was very prompt.

Summary: Great property and wonderful experience, definitely recommend. Views overlooking the water when the sun rises and sets are amazing. Communication with owner before and during our stay were great. Beds were comfy and home was nicely decorated.
