This is a privately owned, waterfront property on Lake Campbell, Brookings, SD. This home has all the cozy feels from wood burning and gas fireplaces, to a 3-season sunroom with a spectacular view of the lake, to a great nights sleep in any of the themed bedrooms! This home sleeps 12 in beds and has room for 5 more with our inflatable Queen mattress and 3 sleeping bags with bed rolls. There is a golf course and fabulous restaurant at the Brookings Country Club within a mile, and you can swim in the lake and play on the private beach and keep your jetski on our complimentary lift! The boat launch is less than a 1/2 mile away! We are a Bed N Breakfast and offer a variety of wonderful breakfast items for a Do-it-Your-Way breakfast! Included at checkin for your stay (not restocked) are: one dozen eggs, 6 hardboiled eggs, cereal, instant oatmeal, pancake/waffle mix, homemade bread, grape and strawberry jelly, fresh fruit, milk, juice, waters, and limited sodas. Additional homemade baked goods upon request at additional charge. Please request 1 week prior to check in. Options: Homemade bread, zucchini bread, banana bread, and 9 X13 egg bake. Additional eggs from local farmer also available. Summary: Host was excellent to work with making everything easy, service was above and beyond expected with the complimentary food/drink items and speedy response. . Home was great for our kids multiple spaces for them to spread out. The sunroom was a favorite for everyone especially us moms during this fall season and view of the lake. Very clean and well cared for property. Excellent neighborhood, close to the public water access, great area for walks and I can only imagine how awesome the place is during the summer. They have a nice dock and looks like this property is one of the few with beach! We came to Brookings for Hobo day and it was a great time of year to enjoy this beauty lake and was close to town. Only complaint was I wish we would’ve spent more time at the property.

Summary: We had a wonderful sibling/cousin gathering! Such a beautiful, peaceful setting!! So clean, delicious food available, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood! Summary: The home was great! Clean, tons of little extras you don't see very often. Not sure what was up with the lake but it was very poor. Smelled horrible, full of algae and the shore was soooo rocky you had to wear shoes. If your going here for the lake you may not enjoy it. Overall the house is great and large enough for many people!

Summary: Very nice, well organized, in a good quiet neighborhood. The house had many features that accommodated a large group with mixed ages such as plenty of separate sleeping areas, large sun room, two TV rooms and plenty of outside space for lawn games. Great for having fun and relaxing.

Summary: We had a family reunion planned and needed additional space to house part of the family. Our host was awesome! Our fridge was stocked with essentials for breakfast and we even got a loaf of homemade bread (delicious)! The house was clean, and bedrooms and additional sleeping areas are as described online. The lake view is incredible….we spent lots of family time in the 3-season room enjoying the view. There is plenty of room for outdoor activities… we had a mini bean bag toss tournament, the kids enjoyed playing in the water and taking paddle boat rides and spent the evenings at the fire pit making s’mores. It’s a beautiful location for beautiful sunsets and relaxation.
