Natural light filters through the large windows, while in the evening hours a beautiful floor lamp diffuses a warm atmosphere. Climbing the wooden staircase in the living room leads to a delightful loft, a small relaxation area furnished with a comfortable chaise longue, a small table and a reading light, perfect for carving out quiet moments.
Adjacent, the kitchen, open onto the living room and complete with appliances and everything you need, blends perfectly into the surrounding space. The wooden dining table, surrounded by modern chairs, creates a convivial area perfect for family lunches and dinners.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom, furnished with a refined white wrought-iron bed, is an intimate and relaxing room with exposed wooden beams. The second room, with two single beds, is ideal for children or friends, maintaining the same rustic and elegant character. Both rooms are illuminated by windows overlooking the narrow streets of the village. The bathroom, modern and functional, has a toilet and a shower with a neat finish. Outside, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is easily accessible.

If you are arriving by car, from the A2 motorway take the ‘Melide’ exit and follow the GPS signs: in 9 minutes you will reach the flat. Before the village, arriving from Melide, at the beginning of Morcote, there is a large sign on the right indicating a municipal car park (Autosilo Garavello), where you can leave your car at a convenient rate and there is also a bike depot. From there, walk 300 m to reach the flat.
