Summary: This is a lovely updated condo, close to the pool. The large screened porch with fans, as well as windows and French doors facing the golf course and sunsets, provided a very nice view and a relaxing visit. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room is very handy. The host provided good instructions, is pleasant, and we knew how to reach him, should the need arise. We stayed approximately 3 months, with no problems. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend this property to others.

Summary: Our condo was wonderful. Joe was the perfect host. We had a very relaxing stay. The condo was well equipped and the neighborhood was stunning. We loved that our 2 dogs could be with us and the area was very dog friendly. The condo was conveniently located to everything that Vero and the surrounding area had to offer. We highly recommend this unit.

Summary: After living in Vero Beach most of our lives, raising our children, selling our home and now in our retirement years; we needed a chance to relax, unwind, and have some fun.....We have found all that and more in this Grand Harbor vacation. Walking in the morning under all the beautiful trees, then swimming and spa, relaxing in the afternoon watching the golfers on the 9th hole right outside our patio and later sitting with a glass of wine watching the sunset. We don't want to leave and you won't want to either....Thank you Joe!
