Positive: Location was amazing, Right on the beach with sea view, sauna and hot tub and added factor of kayaks if you want to go into the sea which we didn’t use but amazing that we could, they left us a bottle of Prosecco also which a lovely touch

Positive: Absolutely stunning view across Strangford lough. Clean, comfortable and spacious with thoughtful extras. We very much enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.

Negative: Sadly we only had a 2 night stay and the hot tub wasn't warm enough on the first night which just happened to be my birthday. Otherwise everything was perfect

Positive: The view was exceptional, especially as we got lucky with the weather. The surprise additions of the the paddleboard & kayak. The beds were comfy, the living room was so relaxing and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics (minus cooking oil). I personally cannot wait to get back

Negative: The only thing if I had to pick is that it’s a terraced property and dogs can easily access neighbours patios so I’d advise popping a training lead on them if your dog tends to wander when you’re in the hot tub. Not a massive issue but worth considering if you take your dog.

Positive: the location was amazing right on the sea front amenities including hot tub and sauna were great and the views were unreal also good instructions for use of the sauna and hot tub we were also left some basics that was really thoughtful and the house had everything you could need and more beds and living room were really comfortable we were 4 friends and there was plenty of space

Negative: we were ok as it was quiet but the back could feel lacking in privacy
