Summary: We had a quick stay but it was perfect! It’s very tiny, but fit us all. And it’s ADORABLE! I would note that the loft stairs are a bit tricky/very steep and hard to come down so it’s probably best for older Kids and adults up there. The only negative I’ll say is the beds aren’t very comfy and there isn’t extra bedding for the futon, so bring your own. (Besides a fitted bottom sheet). We were lucky my daughter brought her own blanket in the car. Other than that it was great!
