Welcome to our cozy and stylish unit in the vibrant Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago! Nestled in the heart of this charming and lively community, your stay will be a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm.
Beyond the neighborhood, Chicago's renowned attractions are just a short distance away. Jump on the nearby CTA train or bus, and within minutes you can find yourself exploring the iconic architecture of the Loop or strolling along the scenic Lake Michigan shoreline!
The space:
This a large studio unit with anything you might needs for a comfortable stay. When you first walk in you are greeted by an expansive living room with a large sectional sofa. Near the living area is also a designated workspace with a large desk, mirror and cushioned lounge chair. Walking past the living area you will find 2 comfortable queen beds as well as a closet to hang your clothes. Opposite the sleeping area is a full bathroom with a tub. At the end of the unit you will find a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. In this space is also a dining table that seats 4.

Summary: The location was great. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean. The host offered to extend our check in and check out times. We appreciated this offer but didn’t take advantage of it due to other plans. We would stay here again when in the area.

Summary: A nice clean place with a few inconveniences. Front entrance is a bit hazardous and the place doesn’t get very dark due to the glass block windows. Was also asked not to adjust the thermostat.

Summary: My young children, my sister, and I stayed here for a few nights. This is the lower level apartment of a house. Getting in was easy with a code. The space was clean and comfortable, the furnace worked well, the kitchen was small but well-stocked for the size and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower pressure was good and everything worked well, creating a smooth, drama-free stay. Location was excellent, in a very safe neighborhood and in pretty close walking distance to restaurants/shops/grocery store. We would stay here again.

Summary: Clean, well decorated.Spacious for one and plenty of room for 2-4. I needed to work in the morning and there is a desk and reliable wi-fi which worked great. There were some interesting books and games I wish I’d had time to peruse.

Summary: Very clean and comfy place to stay many great amenities. Host kept in contact and we also got an extended check out time! Parking on the street can get full late at night but we still found a spot on the same street. I 10/10 recommend staying here super spacious and tidy place.
