Summary: I fully agree with all the reviews - the apartment is unique especially by its location. We really enjoyed it and can recommend for everyone who likes being a bit apart of the rush of the daily life.

Summary: The home is nicely located and surrounded by a beautifull garden from which you have a great view on the mountains and the valleys. In the morning or the evening you sometimes see roe deer running around in the closeby meadows. The house is very comfortable and modern. From the home you can start mountain walking to close by located mountain hut (utia da rit : very good food, good price quality). The woods of Lorc trees are really nice with lot of possibilities to look to the mountains. If you are really sportive (+ 1000 meter) you can do a mountain walk to the higher located mountain area (refugio fanes). Some food (bread) you can buy in a local shop in La Val, but if you want to have a good choice of food better to drive to Despar in La villa, and buy food for a few days.

Summary: We stayed here with two kids (15, 17 yrs) for a week and had a wonderful time. Sitting on the terrace with view on the mountains and meadows with deer playing around. We started several beautiful hiking trials right from the house and had lots of other trials in the surrounding valleys to choose from. The house is very comfortable and has all the luxury you could wish for. On top of this, the owner is very helpful and gave us a warm welcome. Keep in mind though, that the nearest shop is 4 kilometers and 40 narrow curves down the road. But that's all worth it.

Summary: We had à Great week in thuis wonderfull appartment. À more than wonderfull location with one of the best views in the Dolomites. Very clean appartment with all the luxury you can wish. Great beds, Nice garden, Well equiped kitchen. Quiet suroundings, we have seen deer just à few meters from the appartment. Great walking/hiking starts at the frontdoor. À special thank you for Maria. À Great host, helpfull, Caring, Very informative, The place to be when you want to visit the Dolomites.
