Spacious, fresh and pleasant apartment, with good decoration and orientation, beautiful sunrises and some spectacular, from the terrace enjoying a delicious breakfast. Beautiful kitchen, on the beach, accommodates five people, for families, without mass and very quiet.
The neighborhood
The area is quiet and fills you with peace and relaxation to see and hear the sound of the sea.
The beach scenes of the movie EL REINO were filmed here.
It is located in an area of old fishermen's cottages and farmers, surrounded by orchard, still a bit wild that compensates with the tranquility of the place and its beautiful beach.

In winter the services are very close to 800m in the village of Mareny 3 km in the Perello and 6 km in Sueca.

How to move
Communications by bus from the area to Valencia and by train from Sueca to Valencia or vice versa. Cab.
From Valencia with your own vehicle you can access by road from Saler (also called Nazaret-Oliva) until you reach the roundabout (boat) of Les Palmeres and once there you access the apartment.
It is always better to have a vehicle, so as not to depend on bad public service.
You will be informed of the possible transportation times, both by train and by bus. In addition to the access from the airport or train station to Valencia and then to the apartment (beach).

Summary: Fun stay, Carmen is a gem.

Summary: Property was clean, with comfortable beds. Location to beach is 100 steps. Carmen was very easy to communicate with and very nice! We went in mid Sept and there are very few people around. On weekends it is busier. So there were not many businesses open, including restaurants. We had peace & quiet for 3 days. Beach is great, sun is hot, water is warm so swam many times. Usually a good breeze thru apt. There is no AC and it was warm & humid 1 night. Would have liked the AC in bedroom.

Summary: Thank you Carmen for allover your service. The apartment was super nice, cozy and perfectly furnished. There were everything we needed and more than that. Host Carmen has all perfectly prepared for visitors from the basic information about apartment, through the public services contact numbers, to the tourist guides and brochures, on top of that Carmen fits us with comprehensive descriptions and recommendations for what to see and where to eat. Of course she didn't forget to add complete business card of that palaces :-) and offered us any help we would needed. I you looking for place to home for vacation in quite place, also with short distance to Valencia. This is the great place for you.
