This is a unique location in the Dalmatian hinterland near the town of Imotski which is well-known for the Red and Blue lakes. The house is positioned in a small village far away from the hastiness of the city and still close enough to all necessary facilities.
It offers unforgettable panoramic view on the northern part of the Biokovo mountain nature park.The tunnel Saint Ilija through the heart of the mountain Biokovo takes you straight to the beach. The house is situated 25 km from the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Coast and 30 km from the city of Makarska. Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast, attractive for its nature and good climate, rich in tourist attractions. There is a ferry line which runs a few times a day from Makarska to Sumartin on the island Brač. The famous Punta Rata beach (blue flag) is situated in Brela and was selected among the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. The beach is pebbly while the sea entrance is sandy. All the beaches of Makarska rivijera are surrounded by beautiful pine forests and crystal clear water.
From the house by car you arrive to Split for an hour, Dubrovnik 2 hours and Trogir 1 hour 15 minutes. Split is very popular destination becuase of its numerous historical sights and attractions. The old part of the city Split is a palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian and is a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Few kilometers further is historical city of Trogir and an airport.
Those looking for a more active holiday will not have to look far from Imotski – in the area of just a few kilometers you will find: climbing, bicycling, kayaking, paintball, , tennis, lake swimming...
Minimum stay is one week (7 days). Departure till 10 am and arrival from 4pm. We take into consideration only families with children, singles, couples or groups of grown ups. This is a quiet location for a vacation so we can not accept reservations from groups of very young people who expect loud parties at night.
Villa is surrounded by a high fence for total privacy and is decorated /equipped in good quality for pleasant and stress-free holiday. Nicely arranged courtyard is perfect for relaxation.
Secluded luxury overflow pool with changing colour lights is lined with quality ceramic mosaic tiles. The pool is heated 65 m2 large and 1,5m deep with shallow part for the children and is also equipped with hydro – massage system.
Next to the swimming pool there is a terrace with a barbeque where you can exercise your culinary skills. For the youngest ones there is a playground with swing, playhouse and for the fans of active rest fitness room with Titan gym equipment and big playground with artificial grass for volleyball, mini soccer and badminton.
Villa provides all the necessary comfort for 8+2. Stone and wood dominate in the interior of the house which gives a special homely atmosphere. It has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms – one with the shower and another one with jetted hydromassage tub, three terraces, fitness room, barbeque and a large fenced garden. Internet is free wi-fi unlimited usage and there is a satellite TV program. There is also washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, deep freeze 50L, iron, iron board, hair dryer, microwave, mixer, coffee machine, baby seat and 2 baby cots.
The price includes final cleaning, towels, sheets , electricity, water and tourist tax so there is no extra hidden costs.
The house is insulated and in the summer it reaches a comfortable temperatures , air conditioner cools kitchen, dining room, living room and 3 bedrooms. In the fourth bedroom there is a van.
The nearest mini-market is in the distance of 300m, restaurant 1 km and the supermarket 4 km.

Summary: The villa and the garden are both so beautiful and has everything needed for your stay. The pool, badminton court, football, basketball and chess could keep you entertained all day, so much to do. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The heated pool is perfect, with a shallow section for smaller kids and mesmerising lights at night. Only a short drive to Imotski and the red and blue lakes and not far to Brela/Makarska. So many places to go and see. The best part of the stay is Petra, she is an amazing host, from the welcome on the first day, she is always on hand to answer any questions and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Great recommendations on places to eat/see. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us during our stay. Hope to be back soon!

Summary: We had a brilliant time. We were 2 families with children aged 9, 6, 6, 3, 3 and the property is extremely well suited. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and the outside play area is brilliant for children and in the shade. The house is located in a quiet area and you have plenty of space both inside and out. The outdoor barbecue is excellent and the upstairs new hydrobath is amazing and extremely large. Petra is the perfect host and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for her and her level of communication and speed of it is fantastic. She also prepares you a delicious traditional Croatian meal. I cannot highly recommend this property enough and I feel very lucky to have been able to stay there.

Summary: We were a family of four people (two adults, a 16 year old and a 12 year old) who booked the house for a week. Petra was the perfect host, presenting the house and making us feel very welcome. The house is beautiful and modern, spacious and has a large pool. Aircondition in three of the four bedrooms. We loved our stay! A car is necessary to move around, as the location is a bit away from the centers. We had a car to take us to the nearest town (Imotski) and to Makarska for additional shopping. We´ll definitely consider this house again if we return to Croatia.

Summary: Everything was perfect .. Petra is just an exceptional host , listening to her customers and full of little attentions. It's like being received by family .. always available and with good advice. The house is beautiful ( even more than in photos). The pool and the soccer field are perfect . The house is located in the middle of mountains but at only 30 min of the most beautiful beach of croatia. Nothing more to say except a big thanks to Petra for your kindness , your attentions and your smile who made our stay unforgettable

Summary: Great villa. Best private pool of any villa we have stayed in. Petra is really helpful, responsive and helpful and she brought us a lovely meal one evening. Villa is remote but that suited us just fine - and only 30 mins to the beach if that’s what you want to do! Really enjoyed our stay.
