Positive: I loved the quite neighborhood. And the location. It wasn't that far of a drive into Tampa where my daughter was cheering at the summit. The house was big enough to fit everyone and still had extra room. We all loved the closed in back porch where we spent most of the time!

Positive: The homey feeling, cooking at home, ability to relax. The beds were great. I enjoyed my stay immensely. The neighborhood was good and quiet.

Negative: There could be a recliner in living room. That would have helped me. I suppose the kitchen oven/stove could be upgraded but I made it work.

Summary: I greatly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to rent again.
