Our modern beach house has everything you need to relax in style with all linen and towels included.
The property consists of two buildings joined by a covered patio with large outdoor table and BBQ, perfect for sitting and taking in the peace of Merricks Beach.
On one side there are two bedrooms both with queen beds, a modern bathroom, fully equiped kitchen and living area.
The other side also has two bedrooms, one with two bunk beds the other with two single beds, a bathroom with bath tub and living area. This living area is designed for relaxing with a large couch and dining table which converts into a pool table.
Both living areas have their own gas fire heater and air conditioner. All bedrooms have fans. The house and kitchen is fully equipped for a short or longer stay with everything you should need including basic cooking staples, a coffee machine and games. The internet is high speed NBN.
The house is a few blocks walk (10 minutes) to the beach, and a short car ride away from Point Leo surf beach and the numerous quality wineries and restaurants of the Mornington Peninsula. Merricks Beach is quite and laidback, perfect for relaxing or going for tranquil walks.
We welcome dogs, having a fully enclosed yard and lots of grass. Please let us know beforehand if you would like to bring your dog so we can let you know of our requirements for this and approve this.

Summary: The house was exactly as advertised. It is a gorgeous pkace to stay. The split living areas works well for kids watching their own thing on TVbor playing Fuze ball or billiards. Garden is lovely. Our dog loved it too

Summary: Our 3 day break was so good at this property! We have stayed here before and it never fails to impress. Rebecca was incredible ensuring everything was provided & check in and check out very easy. She offered flexibility in relation to check in and check out which was greatly appreciated. Everything is at your fingertips to use for some dining in house & the two pods offer amenities to keep adults, children & puppies all entertained.

Summary: Merricks Beach house is wonderful and Rebecca is an excellent host. My family loved the property. It is a stunning design, exceptionally well stocked with everything you could ever need and is very user friendly. The location is also great, with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Summary: We stayed at the property 3 nights as we were attending a Wedding in Red Hill. The home was beautifully presented, spotless and was in a great location. Walking distance from the beach with cafes and restaurants nearby. We brought along our Golden Retriever who loved the front securely fenced garden area. We had perfect weather for our weekend and really enjoyed the outdoor dining area. The home is extremely well equipped and l think would also be great to visit in the Winter with a cosy heater in each pod. The host, Rebecca was wonderful to deal with and l would highly recommend this property.
