Located south of Pennekamp Park and one mile north of Founders Park where you can enjoy many facilities such as: Olympic-size pool, skateboard ramps, baseball and softball fields, basketball, tennis, beach, playground, walking and bicycle paths, and much more. House is just minutes from major prime fishing and diving areas, shopping, movie theatre and great restaurants.
The home has large concrete dock with fish cleaning station. Tiki bar with outdoor Jacuzzi, portable gas grill and pool table. Has quick ocean access via Tavernier Creek. Amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, big screen TV in living room, TV’s in Tiki and master bedroom, DVD, washer & dryer. Summary: We absolutely loved this house and the location of it! The host was so accommodating and easy to reach! We would book here again for sure. Saw a Manatee right off the dock which was an added plus for sure :)

Summary: We had 2 couples sharing this wonderful property. I'm always nervous when I book something sight unseen, will the pictures do it justice.. Will the description be accurate.. What will the area be like... picking a property for 3 other adults - I was feeling the pressure! The entire group raved about the house, the canal, ease of bringing a boat. We often choose to walk to the local grocery and convenience store - even though we had plenty of parking for the 2 cars. We lived at the tiki bar area! Grilled food, enjoyed each others company and never had to go inside even when there was a rain. Victoria responded to every question and made the entire process very easy. We would defiantly stay here again!

Summary: The property is absolutely amazing location is great near store’s restaurants etc, dealing with Mrs. Vicky was great any question I had she responded within 10 mins!! Overall the best VRBO we’ve stayed in!! Thank You again Mrs. Vicky I highly recommend staying hear if your looking for a place in the area!!

Summary: Truly incredible vacation property. House is clean, comfy, and well furnished. Vicky is helpful and responsive to questions. Manatees visited us in the canal several times. We paddled kayaks out to the mangroves located in the bay and saw dolphins, juvenile sharks, and a host of seabirds. Neighborhood is clean, quiet, and friendly. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Great central location to access several awesome beaches and attractions. After quite a bit of exploration, our favorite beach was Coco Plum Beach to the south, which offers an expansive soft white sand beach. Great experience! 5/5 Stars

Summary: Great location on the water. Great neighbor, wonderful neighbors. House was very clean and spacious. Only downfall was we had to purchase our own soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Large coffee pot didn't work but we made due with the single serve one. These are minor things you can overlook when you have a nice house with a beautiful view. And did I mention a great location!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Vicky's property. right on the canal and got to see a family of manatee's swim by. close to some really nice restaurants in islamorada and key largo. Vicky was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were all set. Highly recommend!
