Nestled in the foothills of Santiago Peak, our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a large yard is tucked away in a wilderness setting. Tree-covered patio. 25 minutes to the beach, and 8 minutes to gorgeous RSM Lake. Access to 4 swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, beautiful parks and playgrounds. Steps to hiking trail! Many other hiking trails nearby. The city center features fun restaurants and many shopping options. Walk to beautiful Altisima Park. Hiking, bike trails!
Enjoy new flooring, carpet, beds, and sofas! Gather in the comfortable and cozy family room to recap your day, or curl up with a book or your favorite binge in the living room. With a pool table in the garage and a chess set in the living room, entertainment is always at your fingertips.
