Summary: Everything on the island was within an easy drive thanks to the great central location. The house has everything we needed. Hosts were kind and welcoming. The driveway was a little intimidating at first as it’s quite steep and narrow, but we never had any issues.

Summary: While on Sao Miguel I stayed in a centrally located cottage… it was way more beautiful and charming than I could have hoped for. Bridgette AKA Kiki was a wonderful host who was very respectful and responsive to any questions I had. The cottage was clean and well supplied… and the location was stunning. I am forever grateful that I picked this place to spend my time on Sao Miguel!

Summary: Brigitte and Jurgen were delightful! Their location is perfect, up on the hill to see the ocean and watch the sun rise and set. The grounds were immaculate and the fresh eggs from their chickens were delicious! They were terrific, friendly and helpful hosts. Being centered on the island made excursions to any point easy.

Summary: We stayed 5 nights in Kiki’s and Jürgen’s cottage and it was absolutely great. The property is really beautiful and calm with a great view. The house is as described and in great condition and you have everything you can think of in the kitchen and the bathroom. Kiki and Jürgen are super relaxed and their dogs are just lovely. Summary: This place was really cute, Brigitte really friendly and helpful, and you got to love the animals around :). Perfect little gateway for a couple with a nice little kitchen and everything one needs. Sao Miguel is such a nice place, and this cottage in a perfect location to visit the whole island... We will hopefully be back!
