Enjoy a cup of Lancaster County coffee on the back porch and watch the sun rise over the pastures. Our quiet location is ideal for those who wish to relax and unwind. Great for families or those traveling for business alike!
We are conveniently and centrally located between York (9 mi.) Lancaster (20 mi.), Hershey (30 mi.), Gettysburg (40 mi.) and Baltimore(60 mi.).
First floor accommodations can be provided by request for those who can not use the steps.
A spacious yard offers room to for the kids to run and play, but on rainy days they can check out the toy box, read books or watch a movie.

Summary: This place is incredible. Plenty of space for large groups like our family. We each had our own bedrooms and the kitchen was large enough for us to enjoy meals and play games at the table. Nicole was great! She communicates very well. We sat out back and enjoyed the fresh air (with mostly rain) but it was a covered porch so we did not get wet. Not sure we will come back to this area of PA but if we did I know my family would love to return again to this beautiful home!

Summary: We came to York for a friend’s wedding our daughter was in near there. Nicole, our host, was extraordinarily responsive from beginning to end. She went above and beyond when last minute plans changed to include out two grandsons, ages 5 and 2, decorating the kids room in blue. There were plenty of toys as well. They were so exited! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, just as shown on Vrbo, meeting all our family’s needs. Many little extras were provided. Beautiful view of sunrise from the back porch and the kitchen. Very peaceful, homelike environment. Thank you, Nicole, for making our stay so memorable!
