Summary: The location alone is enough for this to be a wonderful stay… however: the stunning rooms, updated amenities, breakfast service and friendly team taking care of the guests make it exceptional. We had the best time and wish we didn’t have to leave. The folks running Relais 12bis B&B go above and beyond to make your stay easy, personal and a trip to remember.

Summary: Lovely small family run B&B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the complimentary soft drinks available in the hot weather. We had one small issue with a dripping air con unit but that was fixed a couple of days into our stay. Perfectly located within 10 mins walk of Eiffel Tower and lots of places to eat. Would recommend and book again!

Summary: Leo has been an amazing host! He welcomed us every morning with a smile and served amazing breakfast even for us vegetarians (we did eat eggs). Very close to Eiffel Tower. Had all the amenities like any hotel but with a personal touch
