Positive: The staff communicated frequently to know when we were arriving so as to hand off the keys. Checking in early was not an issue: we dropped our bags off in our room and headed off for some snacks as the cleaning staff finished cleaning the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Everything worked well: the AC, the Wi-Fi, the washing machine, the coffee maker, the microwave, the fridge, the shower, the toilet. The room was spacious, as was the balcony. The location was excellent, overlooking a circular courtyard with shops and restaurants below. The space felt lived in and considerate to the needs of guests. Plenty of drinking water, coffee pods and tea bags, bath gel, toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent, washing up liquid, and ear buds were provided, in comparison to other hotels or apartment rentals just being stingy with these. There were even beach parasols for beach trips.
Negative: I don't think there was anything that we didn't like. It was very visitor oriented. There was noise from the plaza below but it was not an issue for us, but we can understand it could be for some people. The noise stopped when food service ended.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Valencia! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the space itself was clean, bright, and comfortable. The full-size kitchen was a huge bonus we enjoyed being able to cook some of our own meals with plenty of counter space and all the utensils we needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm afternoons and kept the apartment perfectly cool for relaxing in the evenings. Check-in was smooth, and our host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We’d happily book this place again next time we’re in Valencia!

Positive: Very good location on the city center. The host was very accommodating. We arrived late at night and he was there to check us in. He always contacted us to check if we needed anything. Also we asked to leave our luggage at the property on our last day and he was very helpful. I totally recommend the apartment specially if you want to explore the city by foot. Looking forward to go back to Valencia.

Positive: We liked the excellent location, the size, decoration, and amenities of the studio.
Negative: It's an old building without an elevator that mighty be an issue with heavy luggage or people with mobility restrictions. We are a couple in our 70s and didn't have any problem.
