Positive: Very clean and spacious. Modern furniture. Bedrooms very comfortable with USB sockets near beds. Modern kitchen with new appliances. Comfortable living room with good WiFi and large TV. Heating very efficient. Ample easy parking.

Negative: Microwave too high for safety. Waste bin far too small and insubstantial. No dining table for 6 people, despite ample room in living area - only four seats at breakfast bar. Sofas comfortable but showed wear and tear for a new house. Modern but lacking in refinements to make this accommodation appear homely. Shower mats needed for safety. No mirrors in bedrooms next to sockets (to assist in hair drying). Mirror in bathroom mounted too high for shorter people. Inadequate drawer space, suitcase stand in bedrooms would have been useful. No hooks on doors for temporary use. No towel rail or hook in bathroom. High end accommodation, but lacking in the details mentioned here to justify a high end price.

Summary: A clean modern show house perhaps too stark for some.
