Positive: Conveniently located for pilgrimage and shopping. Breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly and very helpful.

Negative: Arrived a bit earlier than official check in time, understand completely that the room cannot be given early, but the engagement could have been handled better. For example, we had to ask about holding the luggage in the locker room, it could have been proactively offered.

The staff were warm, respectful, and genuinely attentive, creating a sense of comfort and care throughout our visit. The hotel offers a peaceful, comfortable environment, ideal for both families and solo travellers. It's in a great location, close to temples and saree shopping. We dined at the restaurant and found that vegetarian options were limited, while the non-vegetarian selection was more extensive. Still, the food was tasty and the overall dining experience was pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-serviced stay!
