Summary: Upon arrival It didn’t feel safe and I thought we would have to leave. The hotel is older but it appears they try to keep it up. Our room was fairly clean , no strong odors . The floor needed mopped big time ! The staff were super nice ! Too much activity outside at night and to me that was the biggest issue. It’s what you expect from a cheap motel …

Summary: older property, non smoking room but had burn marks all over duvet, dresser and other items. Duvet nasty blanket dirty, sheets and pillow cases dirty. we slept with all our clothes on and I slept on a towel the cleaniest one I could find. The next morning some guy was there his apparent stolen car was parked next to my husbands truck we left as soon as possible that morning around 8am

Summary: I've never had experience with bedbugs before, but there's no other explanation. This was a first time trip to the area for an event so probably never returning, but if I did I would pay any amount more and stay somewhere else without a doubt.

Summary: I didn’t have hot water. The mounted wall lamps don’t even have power connections. The mini frig was left outside the door for some odd reason. The room didn’t have a microwave which isn’t a big deal but when i end to office which has one, the office wasn’t even open at 0830. The door don’t even have any sort of lock for peace of mind. Pretty sad stay all the way around.

Summary: The picture of the lobby is NOT the lobby of Regency Inn. When my wife and I checked in the room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the bath tub was dirty. Everything in the room could have used a good cleaning. They did accept pets, so we left the dogs in the room while we went to find another motel. The site said no refunds so I wasn't expecting to get one but my wife, who complains very little, talked to the lady at the front desk and got us a refund. We would suggest you stay some where else.
