Negative: Both mattresses were sunk in, very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well. Such a shame, because the rest of the apartment was very nice.

Positive: The appartment was great, size was perfect for two. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. We haven't personnaly met the owners, but they were very helpful. We could store our luggage before check-in as we were early and as well at check-out before taking the train. We would definitely stay there again next time in Lugano. Thank you
