Positive: The design and facilities are amazing. My husband has a birthday and we cooked birthday dinner and served it like in restaurant. In the house was very clean and comfortable, the pleasant surprise was a voucher oncoffee unfortunately we used it only once, at last day of our stay and the coffee was amazing.

Negative: Really need to have a slippers and bathrobe in rooms, also the process of opening door through calling is very uncomfortable. The location is good, there is a two bus station near by, but it takes not less than 30 minutes to reach the center.

Summary: I like the regal house a lot, for sure I will come back Rome again and I would like to stay there again

Positive: The place was very clean, perhaps recently renovated. And quite equipped (no microwave or shampoo, though)

Negative: It’s a shared house. If there are people in the other time, they can easily disturb each other. It would be nice to be honest in the ad that it’s a basement with a huge ramp for accessing the house, still very clean but a basement with no windows in the room!
