Positive: Location was excellent with good food options within walking distance. The accommodation was in very clean and tidy condition with good appliances which made our visit a breeze.

Negative: It could be a bit hairy with the traffic getting in and out of the driveway onto the Esplanade.

Positive: Great location and great water view from main bedroom on third level. A very spacious apartment that slept 3 couples very comfortably. Level 2 is the living area and has a full functioning kitchen, an open plan living area and a balcony. We had a great stay and the hosts were pleasant, helpful and friendly - this was all via email and/or text - no face to face. Easy access as door has a code. If you have more then one car there is plenty of parking on nearby streets and our cars remained safe. Walking distance to Pippi's at The Point who has awesome staff and exceptional seafood dishes (I only ate seafood selections). The price may appear expensive however we had 6 adults (3 couples) so once it was divided by 6 adults it was competitive. All in all a great weekend and was walking distance to Speers Point Park where we attended a music concert.

Negative: The neighbours to the right - be ready for Death Stares!
