Positive: Excellent location. Private and quiet but not far from town. Water access and sunset views were incredible.

Negative: The master shower does not drain well. The floor holds a half inch of water during and after use. Someone moved the outside trash can several times a day. Each time we left or arrived back at the house, the trash can had to be moved to get into the driveway.

Positive: Great location – beautiful view, awesome kitchen, very clean inside.

Negative: The outside needed a good cleaning and the upstairs right hand bedroom bed isn’t all that comfortable. The other bed upstairs squeaks. Downstairs bed very comfortable!

Positive: Lovely location over looking the sea,great views from the house. In a great area for walking and trips into the very nice town of La Conner. The house was spacious , comfortable and well appointed and the whole family really enjoyed our stay there and would be happy to return at some stage in the future.

Negative: Although the surfaces,bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were clean on arrival there were lots of cobwebs on ceiling beams etc, a drain smell around the kitchen sink/ utility area,the bath didn’t drain very well and my daughter, who is a commercial cleaner, removed a lot of hair in order to improve the drainage.2 of the dining room chairs had loose joints at the back that need repair to ensure safety. Not major things to spoil our enjoyment , but a little extra house maintenance would make this a perfect holiday rental.

Positive: beautiful view, accessible, quiet, comfortable open space.

Negative: house has been well trafficked and lacking some basic building maintenance. showers don’t drain well, there’s a general musty smell, towels are very worn, supplies are rare commodities (paper towels, toilet paper).

Summary: chose this house for the view, location, size and open space. in this it did not disappoint.

Positive: Wonderful view. Like living in an HGTV model home. Big comfy recliner sofas were perfect for movie night. Well stocked kitchen. Really comfortable beds. We'd love to know the story of the big stuffed bear.

Negative: A few directions would have been helpful. We struggled a little with unlockinging and locking the door. Getting the coffee maker to work etc. It took a while for the place to heat up the first evening so some extra blankets and newspaper/kindling to start a fire with would have been nice. All minor stuff.

Summary: Relaxing PNW getaway.
