Positive: I have been here several times as a good base for visiting family in south. Requested the same room as before as it is easily accessible on ground floor. Lovely restaurant across the carpark and good self service breakfast available. Staff usually welcoming ...

Negative: Always have to ask for help to get the shower working as the valve sticks Lots of noise from room above early morning. Limited room for breakfast but no problem when there. I requested a later check out just 30 minutes but the message wasn't passed on and 2 members of staff knocked on my door seemed annoyed!!. I had offered to pay but just left.
