Positive: Lovely rooms, very clean. Staff very friendly. Fresh milk & bottled water in fridge. Breakfast was very nice too. Would definately stay again.

Negative: The staircase up to rooms was a bit steep, not for the elderly!

Positive: We’ve stayed at the Three Tuns a couple of times now. We love the quirkiness and the olde worlde feel to the place, the comfortable rooms and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good and they have specials nights too. The village of Ashwell is lovely with its old buildings and beautiful church.

Negative: Nothing to dislike

Negative: Very tired dated rooms . Carpets in hallways and rooms need a serious clean . Water in pipes so slow to come out when you open taps , toilet barely flushed.

Negative: The room could have been cleaner. It was fine, but there was dust and cobwebs on the lampshades, plants and other out of the way places, ie behind bedside tables.
