Positive: The area was quiet after dark.

Negative: Housekeeping didn't always do a good job, especially in the bathroom. I dropped a chocolate shake in the floor, I cleaned it up the best I could since it was after hours. The floor wasn't mopped for several days later. I also wasn't offered a senior discount. Fixed incomes are tough to afford luxury. If you don't have discounts, you should rethink that policy.

Negative: They ran out of coffee. I didn't have a vehicle and there wasn't a store in walking distance. Also, when I pay online, i should be told upfront that i have to have a security deposit. My boss was paying for the room, but I had to pay the deposit because his card could not be taken over the phone. This needs to be fixed!
