Positive: The fact that we can stay in a clean room and bring our pet. Also that location in close to the freeway and yet still quiet.

Negative: Breakfast could be a little better.

Negative: The lady at the front desk was very hateful as soon as I entered the doors. When my family came in after parking, she was very rude. We asked to purchase an extra bed for the night and she belittled us and told us they didn’t have those kinda things. She stared at us if we went anywhere around downstairs. We are a married lesbian couple with three children. We felt very unwelcome in this hotel. Breakfast wasn’t great at all.
