Positive: Room was clean, however the sheets were a little stained.

Negative: No heat, unit was stuck on cool fan.. Very cold outside and inside. My husband got sick overnight . Next door was loud. Loud music at night. Felt like I was at a trap motel

Positive: I loved the helpful staff! everyone was so friendly and going above and beyond for all the guests that I seen come in for assistance. 10 stars! 🌟 Also the beds and pillows were super comfy and they did smell clean 😊

Negative: I could tell Red Roof recently bought the old Days Inn building and probably hadn't had a lot of time to work on it before the weekend of the event I was going to, so I don't want to knock them for that.. but my (non smoking, no ashtray) smelled like stale cigarette smoke. the exhaust fan in the bathroom, along with the tops of mirrors were caked with dust. there were greasy finger prints on the bedside table. and crumbs/hairs on bed cover and floor. So it didn't feel clean in the room. though the bed sheets felt clean. So for $203 for one night, it did not feel like a great value, I pray that all the revenue they made from this past weekends large event that they can put some much needed cleaning and TLC into the rooms. 🙏🩵

Summary: Grateful for my experience, praying Red Roof Inn puts work into their new building.
